What's New for the 2026 Ford Bronco Sport?

The 2026 Bronco Sport introduces an available Bronze Package, featuring 17-inch Sinister Bronze wheels and bold bronze exterior accents. Coordinating bronze details can also be found throughout the cabin. This new appearance package is available for the Big Bend and range-topping Badlands trims.

What Are the 2026 Bronco Sport Trims & Features?

There are four available trim levels: Big Bend, Heritage, Outer Banks, and Badlands.

With five G.O.A.T. Modes™ and a standard 4X4 system, the entry-level Big Bend is a capable choice for outdoor fans. Standard features include a 13.2-inch SYNC® 4 touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™, an 8.0-inch digital instrument cluster, and push-button start.

The Heritage trim provides a retro look with its white roof and plaid cloth seating. It also comes equipped with all-terrain tires for improved trail capability. In terms of interior features, the Heritage is very similar to the Big Bend.

The Outer Banks trim is designed for drivers who want a more premium cabin. It includes leather upholstery and dual-zone automatic climate control. Standard heated front bucket seats enhance comfort.

The Badlands trim offers the highest level of performance and capability with an advanced 4X4 system featuring a twin-clutch rear unit. It also includes steel bash plates and an upgraded suspension. For maximum performance, the Sasquatch Badlands Package is available as an option.

How Much Horsepower Does the 2026 Bronco Sport Have?

A 1.5-liter EcoBoost® three-cylinder engine is standard on most trims, producing 180 horsepower and 200 lb-ft of torque. It is paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission and a standard 4X4 system.

The Badlands trim features a 2.0-liter EcoBoost® four-cylinder engine that produces 250 horsepower and 280 lb-ft of torque. This engine also works with an eight-speed automatic transmission but adds steering-wheel-mounted paddle shifters.

What Safety Features Does the 2026 Bronco Sport Include?

The Ford Co-Pilot360® Assist+ suite is standard on the 2026 Bronco Sport. It includes features such as Pre-Collision Assist with Automatic Emergency Braking, Blind Spot Information System, and Adaptive Cruise Control to enhance driver safety.
