This is our second vehicle we purchase at Westway  Ford , and I am soon going back to Westway Ford to purchase our family car.  Your salesmen Frank Ford and Candido Urieta ( not sure if last name spelled  correctly) have won our loyalty. This last car we purchased was not originally  what we were going to get, but Frank asked us if that was what we wanted. We  answered no, that what we wanted was a Mustang 5.0. So he went inside and discussed  it with Candido and came back and said it was possible. I've had many cars and  many salesmen, all have tried to sell me what they want, but Frank and Candido  sold me what I wanted. That is the true definition of service, satisfaction,  and commitment to the customer. I have never seen this type of dedication to a  customer, they made us feel important, and placed us in a comfort zone that  allowed us to make choices without the worry of buyers remorse. I would not  change anything about our experience at Westway Ford. In addition the two  ladies that handed the car over to us were extremely courteous and thorough  with all the features on car, the allowed us to ask any questions and gave us  all the in we needed on car. My initial contact with sales person, was not very  positive at first. He promised a vehicle that was not delivered to me at  promised. I understand it was a rare vehicle. However, once I contacted Westway  Ford, I received a call from Damon Pompa. He resolved the problem  completely and very satisfactorily. His pursuit of making the customer happy  will continue my patronage of Westway Ford. He made it extremely easy to work  the deal and did not make the purchase process difficult. It was a pleasure doing business with Westway's  employees from sales to service. There is a couple things since Ive been  driving the car that I would have changed in design and I had hoped they would  take care of getting handicapped plates instead of just regular plates. I have  had to go a month without my plates or tolltage due to registration of vehicle  taking so long. Other than that, my experience was great and the car has been  good so far. - John T. 2/3/2015
