What's New for the 2025 Ford Mustang?
Ford has released a special 60th Anniversary Package for the 2025 Mustang. This limited-edition model features distinctive exterior styling, including exclusive 20-inch wheels with red center caps and a modular grille. A throwback digital gauge cluster inspired by the 1967 Mustang is also available.
What Trims & Features Are Available for the 2025 Mustang?
The Mustang EcoBoost is well-equipped and provides exceptional value with features such as a 13.4-inch SYNC 4 touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a fully digital gauge cluster, 4G LTE Wi-Fi, and built-in Track Apps.
For more premium features, the EcoBoost Premium trim adds heated and cooled front seats for extra comfort. Other additions include a nine-speaker audio system, ActiveX upholstery, ambient lighting, and remote start.
If you prefer the power of a V8, the Mustang GT delivers with a more powerful engine. This trim also includes larger brake rotors and a 3.55 limited-slip rear axle. The GT Premium trim mirrors the EcoBoost Premium's features.
For the highest level of performance, the Dark Horse trim comes with unique equipment like a MagneRide suspension, additional oil coolers, and a high-performance brake system. A 12-speaker B&O premium sound system is also standard.
How Much Horsepower Does the 2025 Mustang Have?
The 2025 Mustang offers two engine options. The 2.3-liter EcoBoost four-cylinder produces 315 horsepower and 350 lb-ft of torque, mated to a 10-speed automatic transmission. For more power, the 5.0-liter V8 engine generates 480 horsepower and 415 lb-ft of torque, while the Dark Horse model boosts performance to 500 horsepower and 418 lb-ft of torque. A six-speed manual transmission is available with the V8 models.
