What's New for the 2022 Ford Bronco?

Ford brought the Bronco back for its sixth generation just last year. As a result, this rugged and feature-packed SUV does not see any significant changes this year. The 2022 Ford Bronco is as capable, powerful, and versatile as last year. Ford is in the process of developing a new Raptor variant of the Bronco, which may make its debut next year.

2022 Bronco Trims & Features

Choosing the right 2022 Bronco will mean looking at six distinct trim levels. For the base model, this SUV is given popular features like a digital instrument panel, tow hooks, wireless smartphone integration, and a push-button start. The Big Bend model comes next, and it adds LED foglights and a leather-wrapped steering wheel. Black Diamond models further gain skid plates, rock rails, and heavy-duty bumpers.

The popular Outer Banks trim level is home to side step rails and all-terrain tires. For the Badlands, the Bronco gets a front stabilizer bar disconnect feature, which allows improved wheel articulation when the road becomes uneven. The top Wildtrak trim level comes standard with a V6 engine and a hardtop.
