While the Titanium is even more advanced, the SES packs on the power with an enhanced engine, sport-tuned suspension and an all-wheel drive configuration.
2021 Ford EcoSport Horsepower
Two different engine options are available for the 2021 Ford EcoSport. A 1.0-liter three-cylinder turbocharged engine, capable of producing up to 123 horsepower, makes its appearance as a standard inclusion for the S, SE, and Titanium models. This engine is paired with a six-speed automatic transmission and excels at navigating through slow speeds. The second engine option consists of a 4-cylinder engine with a 2.0-liter displacement capable of towing up to 2,000 pounds and can generate up to 166 horsepower. It is also paired with a six-speed automatic transmission.
Ford EcoSport Safety
Though the 2021 Ford EcoSport has not yet been crash-tested or evaluated for national safety ratings, the 2020 model scored highly in these areas. Based on this trend, we expect great things for the safety tech of the 2021 EcoSport, as well.
Standard safety features on the EcoSport include a ten-airbag system, Ford's MyKey technology that allows you to set the speed and audio volume for secondary drivers and a rearview camera. Many available key safety features will be available, such as blind-spot monitoring and rear cross-traffic alert. Rear parking sensors are also made available as an upgrade option.
