The new headquarters combines advanced technology with practical design. It will hold 4,000 employees, which is double the capacity of the previous Glass House. Located just a short walk from other key Ford buildings, it connects 14,000 employees across the campus. The design honors Ford's history with colors inspired by the Model T and Mustang Mach-E. Features like advanced LED lighting and durable exterior materials help the building run efficiently. The facility can also welcome up to 700 guests at once.
